AFTERNOON ANNOUNCEMENTS

The JV Football team plays Woodward at Stargel Stadium on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. Directions are in the office.

Any senior girls that want to order a football t-shirt should talk to Megan Abney or Rachel Snodgrass.

Attention sophomores & juniors --- there will be a float meeting at Mary Bange’s house at noon on Sunday.

Pre sale tickets for our home game against Woodward are on sale in the office until 2:45 today. Save money & avoid long lines and buy pre sale.

Parking at Virgil Schwarm Stadium – Due to construction zones at Hamilton High School the parking situation for our home soccer and football games has changed. We cannot enter by the tennis courts. All of that is now construction entrance only. There is no parking at the tennis courts. The areas where we may park are: 1) Job Development Center, 2) in front of Hamilton High School, 3) Little League fields on Eaton Ave., 4) baseball field parking at west end of stadium, 5) Hamilton West Baptist Church, 6) the parking are at the corner of Brookwood & NW Washington Blvd. (by Mike’s Chili), 7) the Brookwood Shopping Center, AND after 6 p.m. only… 8) the businesses across the street from Hamilton High on Eaton Ave.

Any student wishing to form co-ed CYO volleyball teams can pick up registration forms in the office. They must be completed and turned in by Monday, August 31 --- along with the registration fee. Forms also available on www.hamiltoncyo.com

A set of 3 keys on a distinctive key chain was found Thursday after school. Come to the office to claim.

All JV Boy’s Golf Team --- no match at Walden Ponds today – it has been cancelled. Check emails for details regarding practice and games for next week.

The JV Volleyball Team will practice with the Varsity today from 3-5 in the PFAC.

The Badin varsity golf team won for the second time in three matches,as of Wednesday afternoon the Rams nipped Talawanda 169-170 in a match played at Hueston Woods. Sophomore Austin Sandor led the Rams with a four over par 40. The other three counting scores were a 42 from sophomore Tommy Saurber, a 43 from senior Jake Fetters and a 44 from junior Tyler Hammerle. The varsity golfers will not play again until next Monday when they travel to play Roger Bacon at the Mill course.

Money was found in the hallway on Tuesday. It can be claimed by the owner in the
office.


If anyone needs to see their counselor today, simply complete the “REQUEST TO SEE YOUR COUNSELOR” form and place that form in the appropriate tray. Follow your schedule – the counselor will call you to the office later in the day.

Girls’ soccer first home game at Hamilton High School at 7 p.m. Be there!

There has been a change to the upcoming Liturgical Music Group practice schedule. All interested students and current members are asked to meet in the chapel tomorrow after school and also on Monday, August 31. If you have any problems or questions please see Mr. Mears or Brent Fritz.

Attention all Kairos Alumni, we are having a 4th Day Meeting on Sunday night from 7-9p.m. in the chapel. Please sign the list on the table outside the Religious Ed Office if you plan to attend.

There are green application forms on the table outside the Religious Ed Office for any seniors who would like to lead any retreat this year. That includes: days of recollection, junior retreats, Kairos, etc. If you don’t fill out a green form and return it by September 1 you may not have the opportunity to lead a retreat this year. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Helms or Mr. Hosmer.

The first TAG meeting will be held on Monday, September 14, 2009. All students are welcome to attend.
