Afternoon Announcements
- Four Thousand Two Hundred and Forty-two items were collected for "Battle for the Troops". That's an average of 9.3 items per student. Way to go RAMS!
- Students are reminded to turn their registration papers in to the office. They were given out with class schedules in August.
- Directions to Lebanon High School for the varsity volleyball match are in the office.
- Attention students who earned service hours for sports camps: All students must complete a christian service hour form and submit that completed form to their religion teacher no later than Thursday, Sept. 17th. Please have one of your coaches sign the form. Parent signatures will not be accepted. Please see Mr. Hosmer for more information.

- Every Monday in September, eat at Chili's (dine in or to-go) and Chili's will donate 10% of your check to the men's soccer team. Pick up a voucher in the office or just tell your server and they will make sure 10% of your food and drink bill (excluding taxes) will be donated directly to the soccer team.
- There will be a live broadcast of tonight's game against Ross and you can also listen to the game at a later time in the archives at Ross.localsportsradio.com

- Pre-sale tickets for the Ross football game are on sale in the cafeteria at lunch. See Mr. Pendergest or purchase them in the office until 2:45 on Friday.
- The Badin varsity golf team won a match and lost a match on Thursday in a match played at the Royal Oaks Golf Course. The Rams defeated GCL rival McNicholas 175-179, but lost to a talended Anderson team 161-175. Leading the way for Badin was sophomore A. Sandor who posted a seven over par 42. Sophomore T. Saurber was next with an eight over par 43, while senior J. Fetters finished with a nine over par 44. With the split, the Rams overall match record now stands at 7-6. Next action for Badin will be Tuesday when they host Lakota East and Finneytown in a match at Potter's Park at 4 p.m.

- The pre-season meeting for the upcoming rowing season is today, Sept. 10th at 7 p.m. at the Fitton Center in Hamilton. There are fliers on the counter in the office with contact information.

Anyone who did not sign up but would like to should also see Mrs. Helms this Friday. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
- The first TAG meeting of the year is this Monday, Sept. 14th at 2:40 p.m. in the library. All interested students are urged to attend.
- The next Liturgical Music Group practice will be this Monday, Sept. 14th from 2:30-4:00 p.m. Please meet in the chapel. All group members are asked to attend.

- Yesterday our JV golf team defeated Cincinnati Country Day. Leading scorers were A. Exum and M. Sanders with 41, M. Southared 43 and JB Hunt 45.

- The Hamilton Big Blue golf team bested the Badin Rams in varsity golf action Tuesday afternoon in a match played at Twin Run golf course. Hamilton had a team total of 171 compared to Badin's 178. Senior J. Fetters led the Rams on the afternoon with a six over par 42. Sophomore T. Saurber was one stroke behind Fetters with a seven over par 43. The Rams record fell to 4-5 on the year. Badin will tee in up again on Wed. afternoon when they entertain St. Xavier and Madeira in a tri-match at Potter's Park starting at 4 p.m.
- Friday night our football game against Ross is the Channel 12 game of the week. We are looking for teams of three students to compete in the pre-game activities. Please see Mr. Pendergest to sign up your team. The prelims start at 5:30 p.m. and the finals will be live on Channel 12 at 6:15 p.m. We want as many teams as we can to compete. Prizes are awarded to the final team.
