AFTERNOON ANNOUNCEMENTS

All freshmen are reminded that your homework corrections are due Monday, Oct. 19th.

JV & Varsity Girls Soccer – practice today in the PFAC from 2:45-4 p.m. Please get to the PFAC quickly.

Attention freshmen: remember that Intent-to-Run forms are due to Mrs. Collins or Mrs. Marot by Monday.

Today is the last day to get a TAG t-shirt. If you want to order a shirt today and bring your $10 in on Monday you need to see Mrs. Helms in the Religious Ed Office IMMEDIATELY after announcements.

TAG members who are helping with the tattoos at the Bonfire tonight need to be at Badin by 6 p.m.

All seniors going on KAIROS next week MUST have their permission slips in by Monday.

Attention all Shantytown participants: Please stop by the Religious Ed Office to pick up a parent permission form before you leave today! You must turn the form in to Mr. Hosmer tomorrow in order to attend Shantytown on Sunday. Review your “Shantytown Info Sheet” to make sure you are prepared for Shantytown. This includes bringing one can of chicken noodle soup with you.

Shantytown leaders will meet today during their lunch period. Please meet Mr. Hosmer during your lunch period today in room 104. Leaders must attend their 6th period class.

MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Presale tickets for the Fenwick football game will be on sale in the office and at lunch. Come early for the recognition ceremony. That will take place at 7:10 or 7:15.

Don’t forget to buy your Badin Rally Towel today at lunch. Towels are $3 --- bring them to the bonfire and game.

Seniors are reminded that Jostens will be here Tuesday during lunch to take their orders for graduation.

Do you want to go to a sweet concert? Taking Back Sunday will be playing at Xavier October 22nd and we are offering discount tickets for $25 and Badin students will be on the FLOOR! If you would like Xavier students to come sell these discounted floor tickets for Taking Back Sunday, please see Victoria H. today by the end of the day.

At the Coach’s Classic this past weekend, the JV Girls Tennis Team did exceedingly well --- 6 out of 7 are Backdraw Champions: Chrystina B. for singles, Brittany B. for 2nd singles, Jackie T. for 1st doubles, Emily M. for 1st doubles, Sarah H. for 2nd doubles, and Brianna L. for 2nd doubles. Also, Christina D. came from behind to win her 1st match of the season against Amelia. Congratulations girls!

The cheerleaders will begin their annual Sweetest Day Carnation Sale today. Flowers are $1 each or 6 for $5. They will be on sale all week with delivery on Friday during homeroom.

Badin’s boys cross country placed 2nd among 21 teams at the Centerville Invitational Saturday. Brent F. and Evan N. led the Rams. Sam W., Chris G., and Nick I. All scored for the Rams, whose season record is now 98 wins and 24 losses.

Just a reminder to juniors, sophomores, and freshman: bring your calculator and 2 #2 pencils on Wednesday. Juniors and sophomores will be taking the PSAT test. Freshman you will be taking the PLAN Test.

Centre College will be here on Thursday, Oct. 15th at 1:45. Stop in the Guidance Office to sign up to see the representative.
