Congratulations to Joe M. for being selected as the HOBY Ambassador for the 2009-10 school year.Also, congratulations to Kim G. for being selected as the alternate Ambassador.
Freshmen who have Mr. Mignery 3rd & 7th Periods are reminded to pick up their homework paper before they leave school today.
Attention students, there are currently 4 open spots on the JUNIOR roster for Powderpuff. Any interested junior girls need to see Mrs. Helms before leaving today. Also, there are still 2 or 3 open spots for coaches for both the sophomore and junior teams, interested guys also need to see Mrs. Helms before leaving today. Please see Mrs. Helms if you are interested.
All TAG members are reminded that we’re having a VERY IMPORTANT meeting on Monday after school in the library. It should last less than ½ hour.
Ambassadors who are assisting with Open House Sunday should report to the cafeteria by 11:30 a.m. All who are helping should remember to turn their clocks back in order to be on time.
There will be a meeting at the Hamilton Central YMCA at 3:30 p.m. on Mon., Nov. 2 for anyone interested in swimming. For directions, please see Maggie E. If you cannot attend, please see Mr. Streng.
All baseball players – freshmen through seniors – there will be a Parent’s and Players meeting Sunday, Nov. 1 at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria. Please have one parent attend. All players are expected to attend.
The History Club will meet Monday in room 011. All members are encouraged to attend.
The Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities needs your help. Sign up today to help at their Holiday Respite Program, which will feature crafts, games, swimming, lunch and other fun opportunities. The even takes place on Saturday, December 5th at the Janet Clemmons Center in Hamilton, from 9:30 to 3:30. VOLUNTEERS MUST SIGN UP BY THIS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30. To learn more, see Mr. Hosmer.
Attention all ladies interested in learning more about religious life. The Congregation of St. Cecilia will host a “Vocation Night” this Sunday, November 1 at the convent. The sisters invite you for “Prayers & Pizza”. Prayers are at 5 p.m. Those interested should arrive between 4:30-4:45.
